  • Open House on May 2, 2009
  • It was a green, green summer at Palmas Verdes last May 2, 2009 as it celebrated the Opening and Blessing of its model house Celina. The ribbon-cutting was by Dr. Carlito Arenas, owner of Specialist Group and Trauma Hospital in Dagupan City, and Mrs. Araceli Tan, owner of Petron Gas Stations in Dagupan City and Calasiao, both in-laws of the Arcinue family. Father Immanuel Escano, cousin of Mrs. Arabela Arcinue, blessed the model house.
  • The event was filled with family-bonding activities such as kite-flying, tree-planting, face-painting and games. The 300 guests enjoyed scrumptious "green" snacks and non-stop halo-halo. The adults relaxed with a free back massage courtesy of Foot Prints Spa, and received free home-made soaps from Johnette Alissandraise. They also took home mini-anahaw plants to provide them with cleaner air!
  • It was truly a perfect day for the kids, parents, lolas and lolos, and even the pets, with just the right amount of sun and sea breeze!
